Trap Cottage

Thank you for a fabulous weekend - we all loved it. Rare to find such a relaxed place with something to keep everyone happy from age 3 upwards. Kane was beside himself hugging the hound puppies and the lambs and being able to ride his bike. Pete enjoyed the mountain biking and me and Emma had fun on the horses. Absolutely want to come back.

Explored countryside with horses, great riding. Returned home to cosy cottage. Will spread the word.

Meal House

Our group of friends and family have just returned from a break away at The Meal House and have had a wonderfully peaceful and relaxing break in this corner of beautiful Shropshire. The accommodation was lovely, clean and comfortable. The icing on the cake being the hot tub where we relaxed after days out and looked up at the stars in the sky...heaven! Great days out in Ludlow, Bridgnorth and Ironbridge are only a short drive away and there are some lovely walks straight from the gate of the farm up to lovely countryside which were just what the doctor ordered.
The brewery tour at Ludlow Brewery was well worth a visit (£6 for the tour and the pint from people who clearly love what they do and care about the quality of the product...brill). All in all a fab week and we cant wait to come back very soon.
Thank you to Bronwen for making our stay so lovely.

Stayed August 2013, travelled with friends - Susan M

This was a perfect cottage for  a three family, three generation weekend break. We all had a great time. Harvest evening service in the nearby church and the sound of bells was an unexpected bonus.

Blog - the latest from Tugford Farm Accommodation in Shropshire...

Lambing time in beautiful Spring sunshine! It's been a blast up til now with great conditions to turn our new arrivals out on to fresh grass. The Curlews that nested last year and successfully raised 4 chicks are back. We're watching them to see if they choose the same spot, in the same field and will do what we did last year, put electric fencing around the area to stop Badgers and Foxes eating the eggs. We'll keep our fingers crossed and update you on their progress. We have our first equine visitors this week who have had to dodge the council laying super smart tarmac everywhere. We're going to be very posh in the Corvedale you know! Brexit is driving everyone nuts so we suggest you pack your bags and hide out here in our little corner of rural South Shropshire. Light the fire in Meal House and turn off those phones to totally relax - at least for a day or two. Give us a ring or email and come see Spring erupting in little Tugford.
